{"id":68608,"date":"2018-03-09T15:25:35","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T21:25:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=68608"},"modified":"2018-03-13T15:28:57","modified_gmt":"2018-03-13T21:28:57","slug":"falta-incrementar-desarrollo-centros-comerciales-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/publicaciones\/falta-incrementar-desarrollo-centros-comerciales-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"Falta incrementar el desarrollo de centros comerciales en M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>De acuerdo con Jorge Liz\u00e1n, director ejecutivo de Lizan Retail Advisors, en el pa\u00eds hay cerca de 20 millones de metros cuadrados de \u00e1rea rentable y alrededor de 670 centros comerciales<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En toda Latinoam\u00e9rica la industria de los centros comerciales est\u00e1 creciendo r\u00e1pidamente, pero espec\u00edficamente en M\u00e9xico, uno de los factores ha sido la inversi\u00f3n extranjera bastante importante que se ha dado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la cual, a diferencia de otros pa\u00edses, le permite crecer sobre todo en grandes concentraciones urbanas como la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Monterrey, Guadalajara, el Baj\u00edo, el sureste y algunas regiones del norte del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo indic\u00f3 en entrevista exclusiva para la Revista Inversi\u00f3n Inmobiliaria,\u00a0Jorge Liz\u00e1n, director ejecutivo de\u00a0Lizan Retail Advisors, firma que brinda asesor\u00edas a marcas en cuanto a estrategias de expansi\u00f3n internacional, y que les ayuda a identificar y conectar con potenciales socios en diferentes pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>Al hablar sobre el panorama de esta industria en el pa\u00eds, Jorge Liz\u00e1n destac\u00f3 que cuando hay crecimiento urbano se requiere una oferta comercial y por ende se desarrollan centros comerciales en esas \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMientras las ciudades sigan creciendo definitivamente habr\u00e1 una necesidad de m\u00e1s retails y los desarrolladores estar\u00e1n siguiendo esta tendencia y necesidad. Adem\u00e1s, mientras se mantenga la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica en M\u00e9xico, seguir\u00e1 habiendo desarrollo de centros comerciales\u201d.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_66270\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Jorge-Lizans-photo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-66270\" class=\"wp-image-66270 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Jorge-Lizans-photo-300x216.jpg\" alt=\"Industria de los centros comerciales cerr\u00f3 de manera positiva en 2017\" width=\"300\" height=\"216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Jorge-Lizans-photo-300x216.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Jorge-Lizans-photo.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-66270\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">De acuerdo con Jorge Liz\u00e1n, director ejecutivo de Lizan Retail Advisors, en 2017 abrieron 35 nuevos proyectos de centros comerciales y probablemente se abrir\u00e1n unos 25 o 30 proyectos en 2018<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que la industria de los centros comerciales cerr\u00f3 de manera positiva en 2017, con un crecimiento de 3 a 4% en cuanto a superficie rentable. \u201cSe estima que se abrieron cerca 35 nuevos proyectos de centros comerciales en 2017 y probablemente se abrir\u00e1n unos 25 o 30 proyectos en 2018\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, Jorge Liz\u00e1n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los retos que enfrenta esta industria en este y los siguientes a\u00f1os depender\u00e1 de la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds. \u201cMientras el pa\u00eds siga desarroll\u00e1ndose, siga habiendo inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa, siga habiendo polos en desarrollo en donde se establezcan compa\u00f1\u00edas y f\u00e1bricas, y las grandes ciudades sigan creciendo, definitivamente va a haber una necesidad de m\u00e1s retails, de m\u00e1s centros comerciales y los desarrolladores seguramente estar\u00e1n siguiendo esta tendencia y necesidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2018\/03\/08\/revista-inversion-inmobiliaria-marzo-abril-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lee la nota completa aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
