{"id":68571,"date":"2018-03-13T12:46:06","date_gmt":"2018-03-13T18:46:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=68571"},"modified":"2018-03-13T12:46:06","modified_gmt":"2018-03-13T18:46:06","slug":"gcdmx-apuesta-programa-general-desarrollo-urbano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/gcdmx-apuesta-programa-general-desarrollo-urbano\/","title":{"rendered":"GCDMX apuesta por el &#8216;Programa General de Desarrollo Urbano&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Se realiz\u00f3 un diagn\u00f3stico de cada barrio para dar propuestas de pol\u00edticas a implementar<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (GCDMX)<\/strong><\/a> a trav\u00e9s de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seduvi.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (Seduvi)<\/strong><\/a>, notific\u00f3 que est\u00e1 preparado para recibir comentarios correspondientes a la revisi\u00f3n del \u2018Programa General de Desarrollo Urbano\u2019 que entregar\u00e1 la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aldf.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Asamblea Legislativa.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa devoluci\u00f3n que va a hacer la Asamblea es un tr\u00e1mite normal, estamos listos tambi\u00e9n para hacer el reenv\u00edo porque las observaciones se har\u00e1n de manera puntual\u201d, declar\u00f3\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/manceramiguelmx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera<\/strong><\/a>, jefe de gobierno de la CDMX.<\/p>\n<p>Felipe de Jes\u00fas Guti\u00e9rrez Guti\u00e9rrez, titular de la Seduvi, indic\u00f3 que la devoluci\u00f3n corresponde a cumplir con el procedimiento de continuidad del trabajo con las comisiones de Desarrollo e Infraestructura Urbana, la de Medio Ambiente, Vivienda y el <a href=\"http:\/\/data.seduvi.cdmx.gob.mx\/portal\/index.php\/que-hacemos\/planeacion-urbana\/conduse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Consejo de Desarrollo Urbano Sustentable (Conduse).<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El proyecto que se plantea ser\u00e1 una herramienta para lograr la transici\u00f3n, que a causa del sismo del 19 de septiembre se realizaron trabajos en conjunto con la Asamblea, as\u00ed como el an\u00e1lisis de las condiciones de riesgo de cada zona de la ciudad. En el inter se aprob\u00f3 la constituci\u00f3n que da como resultado un nuevo marco legal, del cual surgir\u00e1n nuevos programas como el de ordenamiento territorial. Mientras tanto, se cre\u00f3 el Instituto de Planeaci\u00f3n y Prospectiva.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste programa pone al d\u00eda a la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de ocupaci\u00f3n de territorio en la ciudad, y con ello dejamos atr\u00e1s el programa vigente que data de 2003 y que desde luego corresponde a una realidad totalmente distinta a la que estamos viviendo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el titular de la Seduvi.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que de las 25 mesas de trabajo instaladas para el desarrollo del programa, una estaba dirigida especialmente a los pueblos originarios. En dicha mesa se plantearon distintos problemas para poder construir el diagnostico de cada uno de ellos y poder implementar pol\u00edticas, tanto en la fase preliminar como en la formulaci\u00f3n de
