{"id":67683,"date":"2018-02-23T17:57:19","date_gmt":"2018-02-23T23:57:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=67683"},"modified":"2018-02-26T09:44:49","modified_gmt":"2018-02-26T15:44:49","slug":"alcanzo-urbi-ingresos-786-5-mdp-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/alcanzo-urbi-ingresos-786-5-mdp-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcanz\u00f3 Urbi ingresos por 786.5 mdp en 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Durante los \u00faltimos cuatro meses de 2017, la firma increment\u00f3 20% sus ingresos <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante 2017, la desarrolladora de vivienda Urbi obtuvo ingresos totales del orden de los 786.5 millones de pesos, lo que representa un incremento de 97% en relaci\u00f3n a los observado en 2016.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la empresa, quien detall\u00f3 que el aumento registrado se debe principalmente por el crecimiento en las ventas de vivienda. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl cierre del 2017, la Compa\u00f1\u00eda alcanz\u00f3 su gu\u00eda de indicadores financieros pr\u00e1cticamente neutros de EBITDA (-$22.3 millones), FCF ajustado (-$27.6 millones) y ROIC (-0.9%), por primera vez en varios a\u00f1os, lo que marca una nueva etapa de crecimiento, rentabilidad y creaci\u00f3n de valor\u201d, explic\u00f3 la firma. <\/p>\n<p>En el informe enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, la empresa detall\u00f3 que en el a\u00f1o mantuvo las inversiones de sus excedentes de liquidez en la adquisici\u00f3n y desarrollo de proyectos. As\u00ed, explic\u00f3, para el 2S2016 invirti\u00f3 243 millones de pesos.<br \/>\nPor otro lado, la empresa destac\u00f3 que durante el 4T2017 alcanz\u00f3 ingresos por 241.5 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn el cuarto trimestre (4T17) la Compa\u00f1\u00eda reafirm\u00f3 su tendencia de crecimiento, finalizando el 2017 con un crecimiento en ingresos provenientes de la venta de vivienda de 140% AsA, y al mismo tiempo, alcanz\u00f3 su gu\u00eda dada a conocer al mercado como parte de su proceso de reestructura financiera, cerrando el a\u00f1o con indicadores financieros neutros de EBITDA, FCF ajustado y ROIC, por primera vez en varios a\u00f1os, lo que marca una nueva etapa para Urbi\u201d, destac\u00f3 la empresa. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante
