{"id":67636,"date":"2018-02-23T10:23:54","date_gmt":"2018-02-23T16:23:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=67636"},"modified":"2018-02-23T10:23:54","modified_gmt":"2018-02-23T16:23:54","slug":"ingresos-ara-crecieron-9-4-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ingresos-ara-crecieron-9-4-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Ingresos de ARA crecieron 9.4% en 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La firma report\u00f3 un incremento de 24% en el rubro de utilidad neta <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora de vivienda Consorcio ARA cerr\u00f3 2017 con ingresos por el orden de los 8,347 millones 700,000 pesos, cifra que representa un incremento de 9.4% en relaci\u00f3n a lo observado en el 2016.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la empresa, quien en su reporte del 4T2017 enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), destac\u00f3 que de enero a diciembre 2017 la compa\u00f1\u00eda desplaz\u00f3 11,396 viviendas, con un precio promedio de 714,100 pesos. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el informe, Consorcio ARA cerr\u00f3 2017 con 912 millones de pesos en el rubro de utilidad neta. Esta cantidad representa un incremento de 24% en relaci\u00f3n a los 735 millones 600,000 pesos obtenidos en el 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a lo anterior la firma alcanz\u00f3 un flujo libre de efectivo de 1,197 millones de pesos, muy por arriba de los 330 millones con los que cerr\u00f3 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn 2017 cumplimos y superamos la meta de crecimiento en ingresos, por cuarto a\u00f1o consecutivo (\u2026) Adem\u00e1s de un buen desempe\u00f1o de los ingresos, tambi\u00e9n cumplimos y superamos ampliamente el estimado de crecimiento en la utilidad neta y de Flujo Libre de Efectivo para la Firma\u201d, dijo Germ\u00e1n Ahumada, director general de la empresa. <\/p>\n<p>El empresario destac\u00f3 que para 2018, la firma prev\u00e9 un crecimiento en el rubro de ingresos por arriba del 6%, con un margen neto de alrededor del 10%, as\u00ed como un Flujo Libre de Efectivo positivo de aproximadamente 450 millones. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La firma
