\/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al decidir casarse, el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.notariadomexicano.org.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Colegio del Notariado Mexicano<\/strong><\/a> recomienda estar bien informado sobre qu\u00e9 r\u00e9gimen matrimonial se har\u00e1 y tomar la mejor decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La sociedad conyugal, o bienes mancomunados, implica que el dominio de los bienes corresponde a ambas partes, sin importar a nombre de quien est\u00e9n; aqu\u00ed ambos conyugues pueden aportar los bienes que tengan antes del matrimonio si as\u00ed lo desean, de lo contrario cada quien mantiene el dominio de sus cosas.<\/p>\n<p>En los acuerdos matrimoniales se puede pactar que la pareja responda por las deudas de uno de los conyugues.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la separaci\u00f3n de bienes, lo adquirido por cualquier medio antes de contraer matrimonio pertenece solo a esa persona, la pareja podr\u00eda tener derecho a ello solo en caso de fallecimiento si as\u00ed se\u00f1ala el testamento o si la sucesi\u00f3n es intestamentaria.<\/p>\n<p>Con este acuerdo las deudas tambi\u00e9n son individuales, excepto en el caso de que en un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario el banco solicite la firma del oro conyugue como deudor, entonces ambos ser\u00edan responsables del cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notarios recomiendan
