{"id":66812,"date":"2018-02-07T11:31:14","date_gmt":"2018-02-07T17:31:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=66812"},"modified":"2018-02-07T12:24:55","modified_gmt":"2018-02-07T18:24:55","slug":"gcdmx-apoyara-11-edificios-afectados-sismo-del-19s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/gcdmx-apoyara-11-edificios-afectados-sismo-del-19s\/","title":{"rendered":"GCDMX apoyar\u00e1 con 11 edificios a afectados por sismo del 19s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>FONADEN apoyar\u00e1 con 500 millones de pesos para la construcci\u00f3n de los edificios<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de Vivienda del Distrito Federal (Invi) y con el apoyo de Fondo de Atenci\u00f3n a los Desastres Naturales (Fonaden), otorgar\u00e1n cr\u00e9ditos para construcci\u00f3n de 11 edificios que beneficiar\u00e1n a 254 familias que despu\u00e9s del sismo del 19 de septiembre, sus viviendas tuvieron que ser demolidas o que est\u00e1n en proceso del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera, Jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, afirm\u00f3 que el Invi entrar\u00e1 en un esquema de reconstrucci\u00f3n directa. Profundiz\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n 11 edificios y 14 locales comerciales, gracias a los 500 millones que el Fonaden proporciona este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El titular del (Invi), Raymundo Collins Flores, asegur\u00f3 que se mantendr\u00e1n los tama\u00f1os de los departamentos de las personas beneficiadas antes del sismo, respetando los estudios de suelo correspondientes; y que los propietarios podr\u00e1n pagar a 30 a\u00f1os sin generar intereses.<\/p>\n<p>Dichos edificios ser\u00e1n construidos en las delegaciones Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Coyoac\u00e1n, Tlalpan y Cuauht\u00e9moc. Record\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que durante estos 5 a\u00f1os, el Invi ha construido m\u00e1s de 1,900 edificios con casi 10,000 departamentos, y que ninguno de ellos tuvo afectaciones por el
