{"id":66562,"date":"2018-01-31T11:23:28","date_gmt":"2018-01-31T17:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=66562"},"modified":"2018-01-31T11:27:22","modified_gmt":"2018-01-31T17:27:22","slug":"infonavit-priorizara-vivienda-usada-la-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-priorizara-vivienda-usada-la-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit priorizar\u00e1 adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda usada en la CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Del total de acciones de cr\u00e9dito, el organismo colocar\u00e1 45% para casas usadas, mientras que el 17.7% para vivienda nueva <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para 2018, el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) buscar\u00e1 colocar 25,648 financiamientos en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, acciones que representan una derrama de 11,065 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el Plan de Financiamiento del organismo, 4,547 se destinar\u00e1n para la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda nueva, lo que representa una inversi\u00f3n de 2,051 millones de pesos, mientras que 11,715 ser\u00e1n para la compra de casas usadas, que equivale a una derrama de 5,285 millones de pesos. Con esta cifra, la capital mexicana se convierte en el sitio donde el organismo colocar\u00e1 la mayor cantidad de cr\u00e9ditos para vivienda usada. <\/p>\n<p>Del total de cr\u00e9ditos a otorgar por parte del Infonavit, 8,059 ser\u00e1n para el segmento de trabajadores con ingresos superiores a los 10 UMAs, es decir un salario mensual por arriba de los 24,502 pesos. En este sentido, 4,178 financiamientos ser\u00e1 para trabajadores con ingresos de hasta 2.6 UMAs, es decir 6,370 pesos. <\/p>\n<p>En el caso del total de financiamientos para vivienda usada, el mayor n\u00famero de cr\u00e9ditos se concentrar\u00e1 en trabajadores con salarios por arriba de los 10 UMAs, al contemplar 3,895. Para el segmento de entre 5,01 y 10 UMAs, es decir de 12,275 pesos y hasta 24,502 pesos, el Instituto otorgar\u00e1 3,764 financiamientos, mientras que para los trabajadores con ingresos de entre 4.01 y 5.00, se proyectan 1,256 cr\u00e9ditos. <\/p>\n<p>En materia de vivienda nueva, 3,547 cr\u00e9ditos se colocar\u00e1n en el segmento de trabajadores que perciben m\u00e1s de 10 UMAs; 601, ser\u00e1 para trabajadores con ingresos de entre 5.01 y 10 UMAs; 100, para el segmento de entre 4.01 y 5.0 UMAs; 88, para trabajadores con ingresos de entre 2.61 y 4.0 UMAs; y 189 ara trabajadores que ganen
