Debido a esto, la demanda se ha extendido a colonias que antes no eran atractivas para ellos. Hasta hace un par de a\u00f1os, la Roma, Condesa, Polanco, Del Valle y Narvarte concentraban pr\u00e1cticamente toda la demanda de cuartos en renta en departamentos compartidos en la ciudad\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, debido al elevado costo de vida de esas colonias, los j\u00f3venes, adem\u00e1s de buscar roomies, han migrado a otras colonias que hasta hace cuatro o cinco a\u00f1os no estaban en sus primeras opciones para rentar, aunque se encuentran relativamente cerca a los distritos financieros y culturales de la capital. <\/p>\n<p>Lindavista tiene un precio promedio de habitaci\u00f3n de 3,500 pesos; Mixcoac registr\u00f3 precios de 5,200 pesos. En la An\u00e1huac, el precio fue de 4,900 pesos. Mientras que en la Portales fue de 4,700 pesos. <\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la Jard\u00edn Balbuena, se tuvieron precios de 3,400 pesos. En Del Carmen, el precio promedio de habitaci\u00f3n fue de 4,300 pesos y en Tacubaya, el precio fue de 3,700 pesos. <\/p>\n<p>El reporte detalla que, al cierre de 2017, el precio promedio de un departamento compartido en renta en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico fue de 5,300 pesos, es decir, 8.4% m\u00e1s con respecto a los \u00faltimos meses de 2016. <\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, An\u00e1huac, Anzures, Del Valle y Granada fueron las colonias con mayor incremento en el precio durante el a\u00f1o pasado, todas por arriba de 12% de incremento en la renta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA pesar de que en algunas colonias, afectadas por el sismo, el precio de la renta descendi\u00f3 hasta 10% en los primeros diez d\u00edas, la tendencia de precios continu\u00f3 su crecimiento como en d\u00edas anteriores al sismo: a finales de 2017, ninguna colonia present\u00f3 disminuci\u00f3n en su precio en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo de 2016\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Olvera.
