{"id":65640,"date":"2018-01-10T17:54:02","date_gmt":"2018-01-10T23:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=65640"},"modified":"2018-01-10T17:54:02","modified_gmt":"2018-01-10T23:54:02","slug":"analizan-oferta-vivienda-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/analizan-oferta-vivienda-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Analizan oferta de vivienda en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Rentar en Azcapotzalco, Cuauht\u00e9moc y Coyoac\u00e1n es posible por menos de 10,000 pesos al mes<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las necesidades de vivienda en la<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdmx.gob.mx\/cdmx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/a> son muy altas, pues en sus 16 delegaciones habitan alrededor de 9 millones de habitantes y debido al incremento de precios, la compra y renta de y departamento se ha vuelto complicado.<\/p>\n<p>El portal inmobiliario<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamudi.com.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> Lamudi<\/strong><\/a> analiz\u00f3 la oferta de departamentos en renta en la CDMX, el resultado indic\u00f3 que el precio promedio en la delegaci\u00f3n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.miguelhidalgo.gob.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> Miguel Hidalgo<\/strong> <\/a>al cierre de 2017 fue de 44,000 pesos, aunque en las colonias Escand\u00f3n y Legaria esta cifra fue de 12,000 pesos, en la zona de Tacubaya el precio promedio fue de 10,800 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los departamentos en venta en dicha delegaci\u00f3n el precio promedio fue de 9 millones de pesos, aunque en la colonia An\u00e1huac pueden encontrarse departamentos de 2 millones de pesos, en Legaria de 780,800 pesos, en Lomas de Sotelo de 1,125,000 pesos y en Popotla de 2,100,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3n <a href=\"http:\/\/cuajimalpa.cdmx.gob.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cuajimalpa<\/strong><\/a> es otra de las m\u00e1s caras para comprar o rentar, con un costo promedio de 11,043,000 pesos; en la colonia Manzanastitla pueden encontrarse inmuebles m\u00e1s accesibles con 14,300 pesos para rentar y 3,450,000 pesos para comprar; en San Jos\u00e9 de los Cedros los departamentos en venta est\u00e1n en alrededor de 790,000 pesos y las rentas en Lomas de Memetla en 18,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.delegacionbenitojuarez.gob.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong><\/a> es otra de las delegaciones m\u00e1s populares y con mayor dinamismo en el mercado inmobiliario capitalino que en 2017 los departamentos en venta alcanzaron un precio promedio de 3,700,000 pesos, mientras que las rentas llegaron a los 20,800 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Las rentas en Ampliaci\u00f3n N\u00e1poles llegaron a los 16,000 pesos, Ciudad de los Deportes 12,000 y en Portales Oriente y Ermita 14,000, \u00e9sta \u00faltima ofrece precios de compra de 1,500,000 pesos; en Iztacc\u00edhuatl se puede comprar en alrededor de 1,600,000 pesos, y en \u00c1lamos y Del Carmen se encuentran departamentos en alrededor de 2,400,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la delegaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/cuauhtemoc.cdmx.gob.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cuauht\u00e9moc<\/strong><\/a>, en 2017 alcanz\u00f3 el precio promedio de 26,000 pesos en departamentos en renta mientras que en departamentos en venta el precio fue de 2,600,000 pesos. Aqu\u00ed las rentas m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas pueden encontrarse en la colonia Guerrero o Nonoalco Tlatelolco por 8,500 pesos promedio o bien la colonia Tr\u00e1nsito por 10,000 pesos, mientras que para comprar Algar\u00edn y el Centro manejan precios de alrededor de 1,290,000 pesos mientras que en la Doctores, Obrera y Guerrero es posible comprar un departamento por 800,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En Coyoac\u00e1n, al sur de la ciudad, se puede rentar en Ampliaci\u00f3n Petrolera o Cuitlahuac por 7,500 pesos, en Santa Apolonia por 4,500, comprar en Claver\u00eda por 900,000 pesos, en El Rosario
