{"id":65598,"date":"2018-01-10T07:15:39","date_gmt":"2018-01-10T13:15:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=65598"},"modified":"2018-01-10T11:58:40","modified_gmt":"2018-01-10T17:58:40","slug":"shf-podria-colocar-5000-creditos-damnificados-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/shf-podria-colocar-5000-creditos-damnificados-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"SHF podr\u00eda colocar 5,000 cr\u00e9ditos para damnificados en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Se prev\u00e9 que para este viernes, el banco otorgue el cr\u00e9dito 100<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) podr\u00eda colocar hasta 5,000 financiamientos en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para apoyar a damnificados por el sismo del pasado 19 de septiembre de 2017, inform\u00f3 Jes\u00fas Alberto Cano V\u00e9lez, director de este banco. <\/p>\n<p>Al participar en la rueda de prensa donde se dieron a conocer los avances en materia de reconstrucci\u00f3n tras los movimientos tel\u00faricos, Cano V\u00e9lez record\u00f3 que en la capital del pa\u00eds, el organismo que encabeza, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el gobierno local, dise\u00f1o esquemas crediticios flexibles para que las familias afectadas pudieran recuperar su patrimonio. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, explic\u00f3 que hasta el momento se han otorgado 61 cartas de cr\u00e9dito. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que para este viernes se podr\u00eda alcanzar la cifra de 100.<\/p>\n<p>Cano V\u00e9lez detall\u00f3 que hasta el momento el ticket promedio de los cr\u00e9ditos ronda el mill\u00f3n 200,000 pesos. Dijo que para esta cantidad, los beneficiarios pagan alrededor de 15,000 pesos mensuales, cifra inferior en alrededor de 7,000 pesos si el cr\u00e9dito se tomara con cualquier institucional de la banca comercial. <\/p>\n<p>El Director de SHF puntualiz\u00f3 que con este esquema, los beneficiarios s\u00f3lo pagan intereses. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se prev\u00e9 que
