Morelos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Luis Antonio Godina Herrera, vocal ejecutivo del Fondo de la Vivienda del Issste (Fovissste), hizo entrega del primer financiamiento bajo el esquema de segundo cr\u00e9dito, mismo que el organismo puso en marcha a finales de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>El acto se dio durante la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Expo Vivienda Canadevi Morelos 2017, en donde Godina Herrera se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, gracias a la Pol\u00edtica de Vivienda implementada en la actual administraci\u00f3n, el Fondo pudo elevar la cantidad de financiamientos otorgados en el estado.<\/p>\n<p>El primer financiamiento del Segundo Cr\u00e9dito fue entregado a Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Guerrero, odont\u00f3loga de profesi\u00f3n y originaria de Yautepec, con lo que podr\u00e1 adquirir una segunda vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El Vocal Ejecutivo destac\u00f3 que, en Morelos, el sector vivienda representa un motor importante de la econom\u00eda, pues genera alrededor de 20 mil puestos de trabajo, con 35 desarrolladores, 36 unidades de valuaci\u00f3n, notarios p\u00fablicos, Sofomes y bancos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con esta acci\u00f3n se benefici\u00f3 a una trabajadora
