{"id":646,"date":"2013-11-08T18:21:49","date_gmt":"2013-11-09T00:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=646"},"modified":"2014-03-21T13:07:31","modified_gmt":"2014-03-21T19:07:31","slug":"firma-seduvi-convenio-con-empresarios-para-plan-maestro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/firma-seduvi-convenio-con-empresarios-para-plan-maestro\/","title":{"rendered":"Firma Seduvi convenio con empresarios para Plan Maestro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i>El objetivo en la colonia Granadas es identificar, definir y proponer acciones, normas, e inversiones necesarias para asegurar la viabilidad y sustentabilidad de esta zona<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><!--more--><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de realizar estudios especializados en la zona de Granadas, la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (Seduvi), y representantes de 7 empresas, firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan Maestro de la Zona, cuyos resultados y aplicaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1n disminuir los efectos negativos de la densidad en el lugar y las colonias colindantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El pol\u00edgono que ser\u00e1 sometido a estudio lo conforman las vialidades de: Rio San Joaqu\u00edn, Popo, Laguna de T\u00e9rminos, FFCC Cuernavaca, Avenida Marina Nacional, Circuito Interior, Eje\u0301rcito Nacional, Anillo Perif\u00e9rico y Legaria, en la delegaci\u00f3n Miguel Hidalgo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Seduvi anunci\u00f3 en la Gaceta Oficial del Distrito Federal el pasado 19 de agosto, la suspensi\u00f3n temporal y la recepcio\u0301n de tra\u0301mites, te\u0301rminos y gestio\u0301n de solicitudes referentes a dicho pol\u00edgono ante la Ventanilla \u00danica de la Secretar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dicha determinaci\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 ante la evidente problem\u00e1tica de movilidad en la zona, generada por el boom inmobiliario de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, por lo que el titular de Seduvi, Sim\u00f3n Neumann Ladenzon, reconoci\u00f3 la necesidad de llevar a cabo estudios especializados que permitieran evaluar, organizar y, en su caso, reorientar las pol\u00edticas y acciones de desarrollo aplicables a ese importante pol\u00edgono.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con c\u00e1lculos de la Delegaci\u00f3n Miguel Hidalgo, cuyo titular, V\u00edctor Hugo Romo, estuvo presente en la firma del convenio y extern\u00f3 su apoyo incondicional, inicialmente se estim\u00f3 para 2015 un promedio poblacional de 38,000 personas y 12,300 viviendas; sin embargo, a la fecha, se contabilizan casi 77,000 ciudadanos y 23,469 nuevos espacios habitacionales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estudios recientes se\u00f1alan que existen 17,746 cajones de estacionamiento privado, de los cuales 13% corresponde a viajes de residentes y el 87% restante al traslado de visitantes y trabajadores. Diariamente se llevan a cabo 210,000 viajes, en su mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n flotante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta problem\u00e1tica Neumann Ladenzon coordin\u00f3 esfuerzos con empresarios de la zona, y la autoridad delegacional, quienes coincidieron en la necesidad de generar\u00a0un estudio que diera como resultado propuestas para resolver la escasa movilidad por la saturaci\u00f3n vehicular y la poca infraestructura para los desplazamientos peatonales y ciclistas, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El objetivo en la colonia
