{"id":64329,"date":"2017-12-18T10:05:11","date_gmt":"2017-12-18T16:05:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=64329"},"modified":"2017-12-18T10:05:11","modified_gmt":"2017-12-18T16:05:11","slug":"alcanzo-fovissste-derrama-32-mmdp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/alcanzo-fovissste-derrama-32-mmdp\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcanz\u00f3 Fovissste derrama de 32 mmdp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Para 2018 el organismo mantendr\u00e1 el ritmo en la colocaci\u00f3n crediticia, record\u00f3 Godina Herrera <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre de noviembre, el Fondo de la Vivienda del Issste (Fovissste) report\u00f3 un avance de 89% en relaci\u00f3n a las metas crediticias para 2017, lo que representa una derrama de 32,000 millones de pesos a un mes de concluir el a\u00f1o. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer el vocal ejecutivo del Fondo, Luis Antonio Godina Herrera, quien subray\u00f3 que el organismo que encabeza no s\u00f3lo cumplir\u00e1 con las metas para 2017, sino que mantendr\u00e1 el ritmo en la colocaci\u00f3n de financiamiento para 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Al presentar un informe de resultados en el marco de la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria 895 de la Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva del Fondo, Godina Herrera record\u00f3 que para 2018, m\u00e1s de 70,000 trabajadores buscar\u00e1n cr\u00e9dito con el Fondo. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el Vocal Ejecutivo destac\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de las solicitudes de financiamiento son para adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda. De estas, dijo, por lo menos 60% son para la compra de vivienda nueva, lo que calific\u00f3 como una buena se\u00f1al para la activaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del sector. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o se tiene por objetivos mantener alineada la oferta de vivienda con la disponibilidad financiera, focalizar los productos acorde a las necesidades de la derechohabiencia,
