{"id":64085,"date":"2017-12-12T07:15:10","date_gmt":"2017-12-12T13:15:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=64085"},"modified":"2017-12-12T09:59:49","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T15:59:49","slug":"reportan-desaceleracion-en-credito-a-la-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/reportan-desaceleracion-en-credito-a-la-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Reportan desaceleraci\u00f3n en cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los segmentos de inter\u00e9s social y residencial registraron una reducci\u00f3n de 0.2pp<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante octubre 2017, el cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda creci\u00f3 9.2% a tasa anual nomina, lo que representa un decremento en relaci\u00f3n a la tasa observada a septiembre, cuando se posicion\u00f3 en 9.4 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer BBVA Bancomer, quien en un documento donde expone el an\u00e1lisis y perspectivas en el mercado crediticio mexicano destac\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda en los segmentos de inter\u00e9s social y residencial registraron una reducci\u00f3n de 0.2 puntos porcentuales en su tasa de crecimiento anual en relaci\u00f3n a lo observado en septiembre. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl segmento de inter\u00e9s social profund\u00f3 su ca\u00edda de -4.9% a -5.1%, mientras que el cr\u00e9dito para vivienda media y residencial creci\u00f3 11.0% en octubre vs 11.2% en septiembre\u201d, detall\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n record\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda est\u00e1 ligado a la capacidad de compra de los trabajadores. En este sentido, el banco puntualiz\u00f3 que \u201cel crecimiento moderado de esta cartera sigue reflejando el efecto negativo que la inflaci\u00f3n ha tenido sobre dichos salarios y la moderaci\u00f3n en el ritmo de crecimiento del empleo formal\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>En lo referente, Carlos Serrano economista jefe de BBVA Bancomer, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la banca comercial se ha consolidado como el actor m\u00e1s importante en el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9dito. Precis\u00f3 que, de cada 100 pesos invertidos para financiamiento, 19 son para cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los segmentos de inter\u00e9s social y
