{"id":64051,"date":"2017-12-11T15:20:23","date_gmt":"2017-12-11T21:20:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=64051"},"modified":"2017-12-11T17:19:53","modified_gmt":"2017-12-11T23:19:53","slug":"aumenta-shf-linea-credito-kfw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/aumenta-shf-linea-credito-kfw\/","title":{"rendered":"Aumenta SHF l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito con KFW"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con la acci\u00f3n el banco de segundo piso podr\u00e1 mantener el financiamiento para la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda sustentable <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) concret\u00f3 un aumento en su l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito con el Banco de Desarrollo Alem\u00e1n KfW por 70 millones de euros, con lo que, a decir de Jes\u00fas Alberto Cano V\u00e9lez, el banco mexicano tendr\u00e1 la capacidad de mantener el financiamiento a la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda sustentable y alcanzar la meta de edificar 50,000 EcoCasas antes de que concluya la actual administraci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>Durante el evento, en el que se formaliz\u00f3 el aumento de la l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito, el Director de SHF destac\u00f3 el avance del programa EcoCasa. Record\u00f3 que este aument\u00f3 su marco de operaci\u00f3n, al incluir el financiamiento de vivienda en renta sustentable.  <\/p>\n<p>SHF se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con la puesta en marcha de EcoCasa I y II se han logrado concretar las metas de financiamiento de vivienda sustentable. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Cano V\u00e9lez precis\u00f3 que desde 2013, con EcoCasa de han colocado 9.34 mil millones de pesos para financiar 39,792 viviendas nuevas con aditamentos de sustentabilidad en beneficio de 155,000 personas y una reducci\u00f3n de 1.27 MtCO2 en 40 a\u00f1os.
