cerrar 2017 con 237,000 viviendas registradas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los indicadores de flujo, como registro, inicios de verificaci\u00f3n, emisi\u00f3n de habitabilidades, mostraron una aceleraci\u00f3n en el 3T2017 <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con cifras al corte del ms de septiembre, el inventario de vivienda en proceso de construcci\u00f3n o venta se ubic\u00f3 en 549,800 unidades, lo que representa una cifra inferior en 1.8% a lo observado en los primeros nueve meses del a\u00f1o pasado. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi), quien detall\u00f3 que \u201ca diferencia de la tendencia decreciente observada en los primeros dos trimestres de 2017, el comportamiento del inventario en el tercer trimestre se estabiliz\u00f3 al observarse una variaci\u00f3n marginal de solo 0.3% entre junio y septiembre\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>En el Reporte Mensual del Sector correspondiente a noviembre, Conavi se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante el 3T2017 se observ\u00f3 una aceleraci\u00f3n en el registro de vivienda, al alcanzar un promedio de 21.2 mil unidades por mes, cifra 15.8% por arriba del promedio registrado en los primeros dos semestres. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe mantenerse este ritmo en el cuarto trimestre, el total de viviendas registradas en 2017 ser\u00e1 cercano a 237 mil unidades\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Conavi, el  tiempo promedio de venta en septiembre se redujo a 129 d\u00edas, lo que signific\u00f3 retomar el nivel observado al cierre de 2016.
