Este activo cuenta con un componente de desarrollo a\u00fan en obra, que permitir\u00e1 generar ABR adicional por 1,000 metros cuadrados\u201d, dijo Rodrigo Gonz\u00e1lez, director general de Fibra Plus Management.<\/p>\n<p>El centro comercial est\u00e1 enfocado en satisfacer necesidades de primer y segundo nivel de la poblaci\u00f3n, es decir, de alimentos, bebidas y entretenimiento. Actualmente, Autl\u00e1n de Navarro es el centro econ\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n por lo que existe afluencia poblacional de los municipios aleda\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon este nuevo activo se
