{"id":62645,"date":"2017-11-15T13:51:30","date_gmt":"2017-11-15T19:51:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=62645"},"modified":"2017-11-15T13:51:30","modified_gmt":"2017-11-15T19:51:30","slug":"infonavit-la-compra-vivienda-nueva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/reportajes\/infonavit-la-compra-vivienda-nueva\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit y la compra de vivienda nueva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De los 11,651 pr\u00e9stamos que Infonavit liber\u00f3 en enero, el 53% se utiliz\u00f3 para compra de casas de este segmento<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con el crecimiento de las ciudades y el aumento de la poblaci\u00f3n, la demanda de vivienda incrementa tambi\u00e9n, lo que genera cambios en la preferencia o necesidad de adquirir una casa usada o nueva.<\/p>\n<p>En 2010 Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para Trabajadores (Infonavit) registr\u00f3 253,572 financiamientos que se utilizaron para comprar viviendas nuevas, lo que represent\u00f3 32% del cr\u00e9dito total otorgado durante el a\u00f1o en la modalidad de adquisici\u00f3n y 42% m\u00e1s de lo concedido en 2009, a\u00f1o en que se entregaron 178,396 cr\u00e9ditos y subsidios para vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En 2012, el 48% de las hipotecas otorgadas fueron destinadas a compra de viviendas nuevas, contra el 80% en 2008 y el 90% en 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Datos del Infonavit se\u00f1alaron que, al cierre de octubre de 2017, de un total de 311,000 viviendas financiadas, 192,809 corresponden a casas nuevas y 118,937 a usadas.<br \/>\nDesde inicio del a\u00f1o hasta septiembre, 143,414 de los cr\u00e9ditos se hab\u00edan utilizado para comprar casas nuevas, mientras que 90,624 se destinaron a vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, el uso de los cofinanciemaientos ha sido en mayor medida para adquirir vivienda nueva, pues de un total de 43,936 financiamientos otorgados con recursos de la banca comercial y del Instituto, 64.6% se destin\u00f3 a las propiedades nuevas y 35.4% a usadas.<\/p>\n<p>Desde inicio de a\u00f1o se mostraron datos que indicaron el aumento en la preferencia de vivienda nueva para este a\u00f1o, pues de los 11,651 pr\u00e9stamos que Infonavit liber\u00f3 en enero, el 53% se utiliz\u00f3 para compra de este tipo de casas y 47% para vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, en modalidad tradicional otorg\u00f3 305 cr\u00e9ditos para casa nueva, mientras que a trav\u00e9s de cofinanciamiento se han entregado 2,856 pr\u00e9stamos, aunque en Nuevo Le\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n lidera en este rubro con 3,884 cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De los 11,651 pr\u00e9stamos que Infonavit liber\u00f3 en enero, el 53% se utiliz\u00f3 para compra de casas de este segmento<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":45,"featured_media":54450,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[16],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-62645","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-reportajes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Infonavit y la compra de vivienda nueva -<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"De los 11,651 pr\u00e9stamos que Infonavit liber\u00f3 en enero, el 53% se utiliz\u00f3 para compra de casas de este segmento &nbsp;
