El c\u00e1lculo de ventas mismas tiendas toma en cuenta los hoteles que hayan formado parte del portafolio de Fibra Inn por lo menos la mitad del periodo en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, se debe considerar que para el c\u00e1lculo del mes de octubre se excluye el hotel Casa Grande Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, que permanece cerrado desde septiembre por su ampliaci\u00f3n y conversi\u00f3n a la marca Holiday Inn. Fibra Inn tiene un portafolio total de 43 propiedades con 6,959 cuartos, de los cuales 6,748 est\u00e1n en operaci\u00f3n, 145 est\u00e1n en conversi\u00f3n de marca y 66 est\u00e1n en proceso de ampliaci\u00f3n. Adicionalmente, Fibra Inn participa con una inversi\u00f3n minoritaria en 3 propiedades en proceso de desarrollo bajo un modelo externo de F\u00e1brica de Hoteles, que representan 633 cuartos.<\/p>\n<p>Fibra Inn es un fideicomiso mexicano formado primordialmente para adquirir, desarrollar y rentar un amplio grupo de propiedades destinadas al hospedaje en M\u00e9xico para servir al
