{"id":62417,"date":"2017-11-09T14:14:25","date_gmt":"2017-11-09T20:14:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=62417"},"modified":"2017-11-10T09:34:54","modified_gmt":"2017-11-10T15:34:54","slug":"invertira-fovissste-35-mmdp-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/invertira-fovissste-35-mmdp-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Invertir\u00e1 Fovissste 35 mmdp en 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Fondo contempla la colocaci\u00f3n de 39,000 cr\u00e9ditos tradicionales para el siguiente a\u00f1o <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Fondo de la Vivienda del Issste (Fovissste) invertir\u00e1 35,000 millones de pesos en 2018, recursos con los que plantea otorgar alrededor de 45,000 cr\u00e9ditos en diversas modalidades, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Luis Antonio Godina Herrera, vocal ejecutivo de este organismo. <\/p>\n<p>Al encabezar la Ceremonia de Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9ditos Mediante el Sistema de Puntaje 2018, Godina Herrera destac\u00f3 que para el a\u00f1o que viene, en materia de cr\u00e9dito tradicional, el organismo proyecta la colocaci\u00f3n de 39,000 financiamiento, lo que equivale a una derrama de 27,365 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>El Vocal Ejecutivo de Fovissste destac\u00f3 que en el marco del acto de Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9dito se lanz\u00f3 la lista de prelaci\u00f3n para la asignaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito. Record\u00f3 que en total 71,000 derechohabientes se inscribieron para solicitar un cr\u00e9dito bajo el sistema de puntos para el a\u00f1o que viene. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Godina Herrera destac\u00f3 que este d\u00eda se liberaron los primeros 10,000 financiamientos contemplados para el a\u00f1o que viene, con lo que se inicia la atenci\u00f3n de los trabajadores del Estado que desean
