No se trata s\u00f3lo de comprar por comprar, debemos aprender a tomar decisiones con informaci\u00f3n y no por \u00edmpetu de vivir en una zona de moda, porque te gustan los restaurantes que hay en la colonia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el proceso de construcci\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Castro, co-fundador de Briq, empresa dedicada al crowdfunding inmobiliario, dijo que uno de los elementos de los que est\u00e1n pendientes no s\u00f3lo es con el tema financiero, sino en transparentar qui\u00e9n hace el proyecto, los permisos, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n<p>Leonardo Gonz\u00e1lez, analista de Real Estate del Propiedades.com, agreg\u00f3 uno de los efectos despu\u00e9s del sismo es que increment\u00f3 la b\u00fasqueda de casas en renta. Seg\u00fan un an\u00e1lisis hecho con los datos de su portal, las colonias m\u00e1s atractivas para rentar son algunas de las m\u00e1s cercanas a las zonas m\u00e1s afectadas, como Escand\u00f3n, N\u00e1poles y Mixcoac.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la b\u00fasqueda de vivienda, Castro explic\u00f3 que: \u201cEn partes de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, como la Roma, Condesa, Del Valle, que fueron de las m\u00e1s afectadas por el temblor, la demanda de vivienda no ha disminuido, pero s\u00ed hubo mucha b\u00fasqueda e inter\u00e9s para vivir en sitios alejados al sismo, aunque eso no influy\u00f3 en el flujo de poblaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para concluir, los especialistas que participaron en el panel \u2018El impacto de los desastres naturales en bienes ra\u00edces\u2019, organizado por Homie y moderado por su director general, Jordi Greenham; aseguraron que s\u00ed un edificio est\u00e1 bien construido y cumple con la ley, no debe tener ning\u00fan problema durante un
