instituto<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) entreg\u00f3 su Informe Anual 2016, en donde especifica que al cierre de dicho a\u00f1o la cartera de cr\u00e9dito neta fue de 952,192 millones de pesos, un incremento de 77,819 millones, es decir, 8.9% respecto a 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho informe, remitido al Senado de la Rep\u00fablica y publicado en la Gaceta, abarca la situaci\u00f3n financiera, patrimonial y operativa al cierre del a\u00f1o pasado del instituto.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9ste se especifica que la cartera vencida de los cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda ascendi\u00f3 a 89,731 millones de pesos, cifra superior al presupuesto total del programa Prospera para este a\u00f1o, que asciende a 81 mil 151 millones de
