{"id":62162,"date":"2017-11-03T12:16:16","date_gmt":"2017-11-03T18:16:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=62162"},"modified":"2017-11-03T17:08:19","modified_gmt":"2017-11-03T23:08:19","slug":"movilidad-sustentable-puebla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/movilidad-sustentable-puebla\/","title":{"rendered":"Inici\u00f3 construcci\u00f3n de L\u00ednea 3 de RUTA en Puebla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La \u00a0nueva ruta de transporte podr\u00eda tener una reducci\u00f3n del 60% de di\u00f3xido de carbono<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobernador de Puebla, Antonio Gali, comenz\u00f3 con la primera etapa de construcci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea tres de la Red Urbana de Transporte Articulado (RUTA), tendr\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n federal y estatal de 248.2 millones para el trayecto Valsequillo-Central de Autobuses de Puebla (CAPU).<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de Infraestructura, Movilidad y Transportes de Puebla, Marta V\u00e9lez, anunci\u00f3 que sembrar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de \u00a09,500 \u00e1rboles y arbustos. Las unidades utilizar\u00e1n gas natural, \u00a0as\u00ed que el corredor ser\u00e1 el primero con bajas emisiones, con una reducci\u00f3n del 60% de di\u00f3xido de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n explic\u00f3 que la obra disminuir\u00e1 en un 20% los traslados. Para la nueva RUTA ser\u00e1n construidos 28 paraderos, rampas de acceso para personas con discapacidad y habr\u00e1 mobiliario urbano.<\/p>\n<p>Gali indic\u00f3 que el 72% de la poblaci\u00f3n utiliza el transporte p\u00fablico, por lo que con esta ampliaci\u00f3n habr\u00e1 un incremento a la movilidad, la extensi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de 15 kil\u00f3metros y beneficiar\u00e1 a 148, 000 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>RUTA 3 operar\u00e1 con 72 veh\u00edculos, 12 articulados, 25 autobuses de padr\u00f3n y 35 alimentadoras. Las unidades contar\u00e1n con un sistema de video vigilancia y botones de alerta, para la prevenci\u00f3n de delitos, estar\u00e1n enlazados con el Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaciones y Computo.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Gali, agradeci\u00f3 al presidente, Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto y al director general del Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos (Banobras), Alfredo Vara, por la aportaci\u00f3n de recursos para realizar este proyecto, que de acuerdo con el gobernador poblano, favorecer\u00e1, en gran medida, a los
