En este tenor, destac\u00f3 que la venta de vivienda del segmento residencial registr\u00f3 un incremento de 22 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la firma destac\u00f3 que la mayor participaci\u00f3n de vivienda en los segmentos altos permiti\u00f3 a la empresa generar ingresos por 4,622 millones de pesos. Adem\u00e1s, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el precio promedio de venta se posicion\u00f3 en 613,000 pesos, en comparaci\u00f3n con los 528,000 pesos registrados en el periodo, pero de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Ruba detall\u00f3 que, al 30 de septiembre, la vivienda media y residencial represent\u00f3 el 66% de lo ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la firma explic\u00f3 que al cierre del 3T2017 registr\u00f3 9,368 millones de pesos de activo total, que representa 10% m\u00e1s a lo registrado en diciembre de 2016. 62% de esta cifra, expuso, est\u00e1n financiado con capital propio, mientras que el 38% restante
