{"id":6189,"date":"2014-04-16T11:28:22","date_gmt":"2014-04-16T16:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=6189"},"modified":"2014-04-16T11:28:22","modified_gmt":"2014-04-16T16:28:22","slug":"seguro-de-calidad-para-proteccion-de-derechohabientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/seguro-de-calidad-para-proteccion-de-derechohabientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Seguro de calidad para protecci\u00f3n de derechohabientes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Tanto Infonavit como Fovissste implementar\u00e1n un seguro para responsabilizar a desarrolladores por los vicios ocultos en viviendas<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Como una medida para proteger el patrimonio de los derechohabientes, el Fondo de la Vivienda del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (Fovissste) a mediados de a\u00f1o entrar\u00e1 en vigor un Seguro de Calidad de Vivienda \u00e9sta es una p\u00f3liza efectiva para la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda nueva en la cual se ampara a los trabajadores de quedarse con el problema de vicios ocultos como los da\u00f1os estructurales en el inmueble con un tiempo de hasta 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Para otro tipo de defectos protege al trabajador por cinco a\u00f1os y hasta dos a\u00f1os en las instalaciones de la vivienda. En este caso el desarrollador pagar\u00e1 una prima de entre 30 a 50 pesos mensuales por vivienda, mencion\u00f3 el vocal ejecutivo de Fovissste, Jos\u00e9 Reyes Baeza.<\/p>\n<p>Se destaca que fue apenas el a\u00f1o pasado cuando el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los trabajadores (Infonavit) inform\u00f3 que se aplica precisamente un Seguro de Calidad para garantizar la seguridad de los derechohabientes, con esto se obligar\u00e1 a los desarrolladores a registrar su proyecto al Registro \u00danico de Vivienda (RUV) y deber\u00e1n someterse a una verificaci\u00f3n
