{"id":61697,"date":"2017-10-24T11:51:26","date_gmt":"2017-10-24T16:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=61697"},"modified":"2017-10-24T11:51:26","modified_gmt":"2017-10-24T16:51:26","slug":"supervisan-tecnicas-de-construccion-en-naicm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/supervisan-tecnicas-de-construccion-en-naicm\/","title":{"rendered":"Supervisan t\u00e9cnicas de construcci\u00f3n en NAICM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Instituto de Ingenier\u00eda de la UNAM, NACO y Arup realizaron la revisi\u00f3n<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las t\u00e9cnicas de construcci\u00f3n que se implementan en el<strong> Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> (NAICM), son supervisadas por el <strong>Instituto de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> (UNAM), <strong>Netherlands Airport Consultants<\/strong> (NACO) y la empresa internacional de ingenier\u00eda <strong>Arup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la participaci\u00f3n de un grupo de especialistas nacionales e internacionales en geotecnia y mega proyectos de infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p>Tan solo en el Edificio Terminal, la Torre de Control y el Centro de Transportes Terrestres, lado tierra del NAICM, se utiliza la t\u00e9cnica de losa de cimentaci\u00f3n sobre pilotes, que brindan solidez y capacidad de carga al suelo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, las pistas dos, tres y seis, y las calles de rodaje, se construyen con el sistema de precarga para la consolidaci\u00f3n del suelo y as\u00ed disminuir asentamientos en el futuro. Con esto pretenden alargar la vida y funcionamiento de dichas estructuras, para que el mantenimiento se de en periodos m\u00e1s largos.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de realizar una auditor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica a las cimentaciones de la Torre de Control y al Edificio Terminal, tras los sismos registrados en septiembre, se comprob\u00f3 la solidez de las estructuras del NAICM, ya que las construcciones respondieron favorablemente a los movimientos s\u00edsmicos sin presentar hundimientos.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo explicaron expertos a la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de Seguimiento del proyecto, integrada por diputados federales que visitaron las obras.<\/p>\n<p>En la visita, tambi\u00e9n se dio a conocer que son 292 empresas las que trabajan en la construcci\u00f3n del NAICM, \u00a0mega construcci\u00f3n que ha generado 40,000 empleos.<\/p>\n<p>El presupuesto para las obras se ha registrado en la Cartera de Inversi\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico desde 2014, que asciende a un valor de 186,000 millones de pesos, derivada de las actualizaciones anuales por inflaci\u00f3n que dicha secretar\u00eda hace a todos los proyectos registrados en esa cartera.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3micos<\/strong> (OCDE), colabora con el NAICM en materia de gobierno corporativo y gobernanza, adem\u00e1s cuenta con la supervisi\u00f3n de un Comit\u00e9 de \u00c9tica y es coordinado por la Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica para el seguimiento y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas del
