{"id":60778,"date":"2017-10-04T16:52:50","date_gmt":"2017-10-04T21:52:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=60778"},"modified":"2017-10-04T16:57:42","modified_gmt":"2017-10-04T21:57:42","slug":"shf-canadevi-y-el-gobierno-de-sonora-firmaron-convenio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/shf-canadevi-y-el-gobierno-de-sonora-firmaron-convenio\/","title":{"rendered":"SHF, Canadevi y el gobierno de Sonora firmaron convenio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La intenci\u00f3n es impulsar la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito entre trabajadores gubernamentales <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sonora.gob.mx\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sonora<\/a>, Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/shf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SHF<\/a>) y la delegaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Desarrollo y Promoci\u00f3n de la Vivienda (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.canadevisonora.org.mx\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Canadevi<\/a>) en el estado firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del cual se establece el compromiso de impulsar el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9ditos en beneficio de trabajadores del estado y municipios. <\/p>\n<p>El acto fue encabezado por la gobernadora de la entidad, Claudia Pavlovich Arellano, quien explic\u00f3 que con esta acci\u00f3n los trabajadores de gobierno podr\u00e1n acceder a un financiamiento que va de los 200,000 hasta los 2 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>El esquema, explicaron las autoridades, permitir\u00e1 a los trabajadores acceder a un cr\u00e9dito con el 5% de enganche. El 95% restante del precio de la vivienda ser\u00e1 pagado en un plazo de 20 a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n<p>En el evento tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 Jes\u00fas Alberto Cano V\u00e9lez, director de SHF, quien expuso que el banco que encabeza otorgar\u00e1 garant\u00edas a los bancos en aras de que estos entreguen los cr\u00e9ditos. El directivo dijo que las garant\u00edas ser\u00e1n de entre 25 y 35 por ciento del valor de la vivienda. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La intenci\u00f3n es impulsar la
