otorgar\u00e1 cr\u00e9ditos preferenciales para reconstrucci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El gobierno federal puso en marcha un esquema integral de apoyo para facilitar el acceso a soluciones de vivienda en beneficio de personas que resultaron afectadas por el sismo <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) y el Fondo de Operaci\u00f3n y Financiamiento Bancario a la Vivienda (FOVI) entregar\u00e1n cr\u00e9ditos preferenciales para la reconstrucci\u00f3n o reparaci\u00f3n de las viviendas que resultaron afectadas con los sismos del 7 y 19 de septiembre, inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP). <\/p>\n<p>La dependencia detall\u00f3 que los beneficiados ser\u00e1n personas f\u00edsicas que habitan la la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; Cuernavaca y Jiutepec, en Morelos; Cuautlancingo, Puebla, Cholula, San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan y San Miguel Xoxtla, en Puebla; y Tlaxcala, Papalotla de Xicoht\u00e9n, Xicohtzinco y Apizaco, en Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con lo explicado, los programas de cr\u00e9dito se entregar\u00e1n conforme se tenga el censo de da\u00f1os, sus respectivos dict\u00e1menes y se firme los acuerdos de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el gobierno federales y las administraciones locales. <\/p>\n<p>Aunado a loa anterior, como medida complementaria, la SHCP inform\u00f3 que las ciudades mencionadas arriba, \u201clas personas f\u00edsicas que sufrieron p\u00e9rdida total de sus inmuebles estar\u00e1n exentas del pago de ISR por ingresos de la venta del terreno que albergaba su vivienda, siempre que el monto no exceda de 700 mil unidades de inversi\u00f3n y se cuente con la documentaci\u00f3n que sustente la p\u00e9rdida\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>En entidades que tambi\u00e9n fueron declaradas en emergencia, como Guerrero, Estado de M\u00e9xico, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Oaxaca y Chiapas, detall\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda, las familias damnificadas recibir\u00e1n recursos del Fonden. <\/p>\n<p>La SHCP detall\u00f3 que en las demarcaciones afectados por la tragedia y citados p\u00e1rrafos arriba se contemplan los siguientes incentivos fiscales: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tSe exime de la obligaci\u00f3n de efectuar pagos provisionales de ISR correspondiente a los meses de septiembre a diciembre de 2017.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSe difiere la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar las declaraciones del quinto y sexto bimestres de 2017 a los contribuyentes sujetos al R\u00e9gimen de Incorporaci\u00f3n Fiscal.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSe deducen de forma inmediata las inversiones efectuadas en bienes nuevos de activo fijo que realicen durante el periodo comprendido entre el 19 de septiembre de 2017 y el 31 de marzo de 2018 en las zonas afectadas.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSe enteran las retenciones de ISR por los trabajadores en 3 parcialidades respecto de los pagos por ingresos por salarios y en general por la prestaci\u00f3n de un servicio personal subordinado.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSe difiere en 3 parcialidades el pago definitivo de IVA y IEPS correspondientes al periodo de septiembre a diciembre de 2017.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLas solicitudes de devoluci\u00f3n de IVA que se hayan presentado antes del 29 de septiembre se tramitar\u00e1n en un m\u00e1ximo de 10 d\u00edas.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLos contribuyentes dedicados exclusivamente a actividades agr\u00edcolas, ganaderas, pesqueras o silv\u00edcolas, que opten por realizar pagos provisionales semestrales conforme a la Resoluci\u00f3n de Facilidades Administrativas, durante el segundo semestre de 2017, podr\u00e1n presentar mensualmente las declaraciones del impuesto al valor agregado correspondientes a dicho semestre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno federal puso en marcha un
