La intenci\u00f3n es otorgar cr\u00e9ditos para remodelaci\u00f3n o reconstrucci\u00f3n de vivienda. <\/p>\n<p>Entre las caracter\u00edsticas del producto que ofrecer\u00e1 Scotiabanak se encuentra una tasa de inter\u00e9s de 8.90% sin comisi\u00f3n por apertura, sin gastos notariales, ni derechos registrales, sin costo de aval\u00fao, ni dictamen t\u00e9cnico. Adem\u00e1s de poder poder diferir las tres primeras mensualidades (capital e intereses).<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a lo anterior, la instituci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se ofrecer\u00e1 a los beneficiarios la posibilidad de diferir hasta tres mensualidades de su cr\u00e9dito hipotecario sin que esto implique una afectaci\u00f3n en su Bur\u00f3 de
