{"id":60267,"date":"2017-09-26T07:15:54","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T12:15:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=60267"},"modified":"2017-09-26T09:12:00","modified_gmt":"2017-09-26T14:12:00","slug":"inicia-reconstruccion-de-vivienda-en-chiapas-y-oaxaca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/inicia-reconstruccion-de-vivienda-en-chiapas-y-oaxaca\/","title":{"rendered":"Inicia reconstrucci\u00f3n de vivienda en Chiapas y Oaxaca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Tan s\u00f3lo en Oaxaca el n\u00famero de viviendas afectadas alcanza las 59,000 unidades <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Luego de levantar el censo para conocer el n\u00famero de viviendas afectadas tras el sismo del pasado 7 de septiembre, la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu) anunci\u00f3 el inicio de los trabajos de reconstrucci\u00f3n de viviendas en Chiapas y Oaxaca. <\/p>\n<p>El anuncio lo realiz\u00f3 Rosario Robles Berlanga, titular de la dependencia, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tan s\u00f3lo en Oaxaca se registraron 59,000 viviendas con afectaciones, de las cuales 25,000 presentan da\u00f1o total. <\/p>\n<p>La funcionaria detall\u00f3 que el apoyo a las familias afectadas se otorgar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de un monedero electr\u00f3nico. Los recursos, explic\u00f3 Robles Berlanga, permitir\u00e1n adquirir materiales o pagar mano de obra para el desarrollo de los trabajos. <\/p>\n<p>La Secretaria expuso que el apoyo del gobierno de la Rep\u00fablicas ser\u00e1 igual para todas las familias afectadas. Sin embargo, detall\u00f3, quienes cuentan con viviendas m\u00e1s grandes podr\u00e1n acceder a un cr\u00e9dito accesible para complementar los recursos necesarios y culminar los trabajos de reconstrucci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste es un trabajo entre todos, un trabajo de autoconstrucci\u00f3n, que contar\u00e1n con este apoyo del gobierno, con asistencia t\u00e9cnica de empresas
