{"id":59971,"date":"2017-09-18T15:47:39","date_gmt":"2017-09-18T20:47:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=59971"},"modified":"2017-09-18T15:47:39","modified_gmt":"2017-09-18T20:47:39","slug":"presentan-primer-informe-global-home-index","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/actualidad\/presentan-primer-informe-global-home-index\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentan primer informe de Global Home Index"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La encuesta registr\u00f3 la percepci\u00f3n y el tiempo dedicado a las actividades del hogar en M\u00e9xico<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La<em><strong> Home Renaissance Foundation<\/strong><\/em> de Reino Unido, con el apoyo del <strong>Centro Walmart Conciliaci\u00f3n Familia y Empresa<\/strong>, cre\u00f3 la encuesta <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/globalhomeindex.org\/latam\/index.html\">Global Home Index<\/a>\u00a0(GHI)<\/strong> y present\u00f3 el primer informe en M\u00e9xico, con el objetivo de conocer la revalorizaci\u00f3n del trabajo que se realiza en el hogar a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p>GHI dio a conocer 250 casos por cada pa\u00eds de los 20 que participaron, con una edad promedio 40 a\u00f1os en un rango de 25 y 65 a\u00f1os, de un 40% de hombres y un 60% de mujeres. Es importante mencionar que la encuesta s\u00f3lo se realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de internet.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos de los registros obtenidos con respecto a M\u00e9xico fue que las mujeres dedican 14 horas semanales para actividades dom\u00e9sticas y hombres s\u00f3lo 8.5 horas; 24% distribuye las actividades dom\u00e9sticas entre los miembros de la familia; 85% de las mujeres valoran m\u00e1s el \u00e9xito profesional que las tareas del hogar y 54% de ellas consideran que las obligaciones laborales provocan que descuiden el hogar y la familia.<\/p>\n<p>La Dra. <strong>Patricia Debeljuh<\/strong>, directora del Centro Walmart Conciliaci\u00f3n Familia y Empresa IAE Business School, y la Dra. <strong>Nahieli Greaves Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, investigadora ESDA de la <strong>Universidad Panamericana<\/strong>, donde tuvo lugar la presentaci\u00f3n y quien estuvo a cargo de los resultados correspondientes a nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Informaron que su objetivo era sensibilizar a los participantes y de ah\u00ed crear iniciativas que mejoren la calidad de vida en el hogar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDeseamos sensibilizar a las personas en dos sentidos esenciales: primero sobre la importancia que tiene para el ser humano la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades en el hogar y; segundo, sobre la distribuci\u00f3n equitativa que debemos hacer de estas actividades entre los miembros que forman el hogar\u201d, destac\u00f3 la Dra. Nahieli Greaves.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las acciones que consideraron para crear el cambio global de la percepci\u00f3n en las actividades dom\u00e9sticas se encuentran: promover estrategias de educaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n que lleven a tomar conciencia de que las tareas familiares son un tema de responsabilidad compartida, dise\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que acompa\u00f1en las nuevas din\u00e1micas familiares y comenzar una nueva legislaci\u00f3n que contemple la corresponsabilidad en las tareas de cuidado del hogar.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, hicieron una invitaci\u00f3n para que los que a\u00fan no la conocen, la realicen e inviten a hombres y mujeres a contestarla para as\u00ed enriquecer la base de datos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La encuesta
