industria automotriz<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se autoriz\u00f3 en<a href=\"https:\/\/www.naucalpan.gob.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> Naucalpan<\/strong><\/a> el proyecto de un \u2018Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo para la Industria Automotriz\u2019, que generar\u00e1 3,200 empleos directos y 2,000 indirectos desde su etapa de construcci\u00f3n hasta la de mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n del consejo se resalt\u00f3 la importancia de realizar este tipo de proyectos que fomentan la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico para la industria automotriz con innovaci\u00f3n y desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>El centro de investigaci\u00f3n abrir\u00e1 espacios para especialistas en \u00e1reas como electr\u00f3nica, rob\u00f3tica y mecatr\u00f3nica, quienes dise\u00f1ar\u00e1n prototipos de veh\u00edculo inteligentes y capacitaci\u00f3n de personal en materia de ingenieras.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un proyecto sustentable que contar\u00e1 con certificaci\u00f3n LEED, construir\u00e1n pozos propios y plantas de tratamiento de agua que ser\u00e1n donadas al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naucalpan.gob.mx\/oapas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Organismo de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento (OAPAS)<\/strong><\/a>, lo que marcar\u00e1 el impulso hacia la atracci\u00f3n de inversiones, crecimiento y desarrollo para el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el centro contar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n con \u00e1rea de conservaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica, ser\u00e1 autosustentable con servicios y atenci\u00f3n digna para este sector.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo Rodr\u00edguez Becerril, regidor en Naucalpan, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de generar condiciones para que Naucalpan se convierta en un punto clave para la inversi\u00f3n y un motor para generar mejores condiciones para el crecimiento, la formaci\u00f3n y el progreso.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, se autoriz\u00f3 el Plan Parcial Intraurbano \u2018Las Margaritas\u2019 que promueve la regularizaci\u00f3n de asentamiento establecidos de forma irregular y permitir\u00e1 el perfeccionamiento del uso de suelo en el predio; se prev\u00e9 que dotar\u00e1 de equipamiento Municipal a la zona a trav\u00e9s de las obligaciones establecidas por la autorizaci\u00f3n de gobierno del <a href=\"http:\/\/edomex.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Generar\u00e1
