{"id":59635,"date":"2017-09-11T07:15:52","date_gmt":"2017-09-11T12:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=59635"},"modified":"2017-09-11T09:11:27","modified_gmt":"2017-09-11T14:11:27","slug":"financiamiento-desarrolladores-crecio-8-1s2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/financiamiento-desarrolladores-crecio-8-1s2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Financiamiento a desarrolladores creci\u00f3 8% en 1S2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A junio, la cartera de cr\u00e9dito puente de SHF registr\u00f3 un incremento de 18.6%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del 1S2017, el financiamiento de la <strong>banca comercial<\/strong> a empresas desarrolladoras de vivienda alcanz\u00f3 un saldo de 59,600 millones de pesos, cifra que representa un crecimiento de 8% en relaci\u00f3n a la inversi\u00f3n registrada en el mismo periodo, pero de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gob.mx\/conavi\" target=\"_blank\">Conavi<\/a>), quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que del total de financiamiento que mantiene la banca comercial al sector de la construcci\u00f3n, el sector vivienda representa 16.6% del portafolio. <\/p>\n<p>En el <strong>Reporte Mensual del Sector Vivienda<\/strong> correspondiente a agosto, el organismo detall\u00f3 que el financiamiento de la banca a constructores de vivienda disminuy\u00f3 2.3% en los \u00faltimos dos meses. Esta contracci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3, se debe a la adaptaci\u00f3n del mercado con el comportamiento del inventario de vivienda en proceso de construcci\u00f3n y venta. <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la participaci\u00f3n de Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/shf\" target=\"_blank\">SHF<\/a>), la cartera de cr\u00e9dito puente a junio alcanz\u00f3 los 19,800 millones de pesos. La cifra representa un incremento de 18.6% en comparaci\u00f3n al monto observado en el mismo mes de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn correspondencia con comportamiento del registro de vivienda, la colocaci\u00f3n de nuevos cr\u00e9ditos puente por parte de SHF en los primeros seis meses de 2017 mostr\u00f3 una contracci\u00f3n de 9.4 por ciento\u201d, dijo. <\/p>\n<p>Conavi a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que SHF report\u00f3 un monto comprometido para nuevos cr\u00e9ditos que alcanza los 8,600 millones de pesos, con lo que se proyecta la construcci\u00f3n de 21,500 viviendas.
