Con la cifra el organismo lleg\u00f3 a los 85,000 cr\u00e9ditos colocados en el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El anuncio lo realiz\u00f3 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lgodina?lang=es\">Luis Antonio Godina Herrera,<\/a><\/strong> vocal ejecutivo de Fovissste, en el marco de la inauguraci\u00f3n de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/preparan-la-expo-fovissste-2017\/\">Expo Fovissste<\/a><\/strong> 2017. Durante su intervenci\u00f3n , el vocal asegur\u00f3 que Fovissste cuenta con los recursos necesarios para atender la demanda crediticia de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Ante autoridades federales y empresarios de la vivienda, Godina Herrera se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Fovissste es hoy un jugador central que inyecta dinamismo al tren de la vivienda. Dijo que desde 2013 este organismo inici\u00f3 un proceso de transformaci\u00f3n con el objetivo de fortalecer su operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Godina Herrera record\u00f3 que el Fondo ha diversificados sus fuentes de financiamiento. Precis\u00f3 que a inicios de 2017, Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) fondeo la operaci\u00f3n de Fovissste con una inyecci\u00f3n de 12,000 millones de pesos. Con estos recursos, dijo, el Fondo pudo mantener el ritmo en la colocaci\u00f3n de financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, record\u00f3 que hace unos d\u00edas el Fondo coloc\u00f3 casi 7,000 mdp en Certificados Burs\u00e1tiles.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Godina Herrera se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a la fecha, la operaci\u00f3n de Fovissste representa 2% del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB).
