Adem\u00e1s de la reci\u00e9n abierta Torre Manacar, en la zona se encuentran Patio Tlalpan, Plaza Copilco, Gran Terraza Coapa, Patio Revoluci\u00f3n, Las Antenas, ZKC Copilco, entre otros; adem\u00e1s de las numerosas torres de oficinas como Carracci y Torre Revoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lamudi.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lamudi M\u00e9xico<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>inform\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o, es claro el crecimiento de los corredores corporativos de Insurgentes y Perif\u00e9rico, los cuales ofrecen gran accesibilidad en diversos sentidos, por lo que actualmente concentran mayor oferta nueva que Santa Fe y Polanco,<\/p>\n<p>La conexi\u00f3n del sur de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con el resto de la urbe es resultado principalmente de la inversi\u00f3n en obra p\u00fablica, como el Desnivel Mixcoac \u2013 Insurgentes que ser\u00e1 inaugurado en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas. A ello se a\u00f1ade la ampliaci\u00f3n de la L\u00ednea 5 del Metrob\u00fas, la cual ir\u00e1 desde R\u00edo de los Remedios hasta la Glorieta de los Vaqueritos.<\/p>\n<p>Los atractivos del sur involucran infraestructura p\u00fablica, accesos, transporte p\u00fablico, vivienda. Con escuelas, hospitales, centros de entretenimiento, la din\u00e1mica poblacional que vive lo ubica como una zona muy llamativa y con alto potencial de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Los usos mixtos y la vivienda vertical llegan a un mercado que maneja precios m\u00e1s accesibles en comparaci\u00f3n con lugares como Roma-Condesa, Santa Fe y Polanco. Xochimilco es la delegaci\u00f3n con los costos m\u00e1s afables de la zona, seg\u00fan reportes de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lamudi.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Lamudi M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/a>, puesto que la renta de vivienda se coloc\u00f3 en 11,800 pesos, mientras que en Tlalpan cuesta 14,000 y en Benito Ju\u00e1rez 16,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en precios de venta de departamentos, la delegaci\u00f3n encabez\u00f3 de igual manera la lista con los m\u00e1s bajos, debido a que se calculan en 1,300,000 pesos y el resto de las demarcaciones superan los 3 millones.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a renta de espacios comerciales en el sur de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Lamudi reporta que el precio a la renta del metro cuadrado m\u00e1s elevado lo tiene Benito Ju\u00e1rez con 335 pesos, mientras que Xochimilco de nueva cuenta se mantiene como el mercado con los precios m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos al colocar el precio del metro
