{"id":57905,"date":"2017-08-09T18:28:12","date_gmt":"2017-08-09T23:28:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=57905"},"modified":"2017-08-09T18:29:15","modified_gmt":"2017-08-09T23:29:15","slug":"fibra-inn-mayor-ingreso-hospedaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/fibra-inn-mayor-ingreso-hospedaje\/","title":{"rendered":"Fibra Inn muestra mayor ingreso por hospedaje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Su ingreso durante julio en este a\u00f1o fue de 161,700,000 de pesos con un aumento a la tarifa de la tarifa de 3.5%<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El fideicomiso de bienes ra\u00edces hotelero en M\u00e9xico, Deutsche Bank M\u00e9xico, S.A., Instituci\u00f3n de Banca M\u00faltiple, Divisi\u00f3n Fiduciaria F\/1616 o Fibra Inn, indic\u00f3 que sus ingresos por Habitaci\u00f3n Disponible subi\u00f3 3.4% durante julio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El ingreso por hospedaje en este a\u00f1o fue de 161,700,000 de pesos, mientras que en julo de 2016 fue de 156,300,000 de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esto gracias al incremento moderado en la tarifa de 3.5%, que muestra el efecto de una apreciaci\u00f3n del tipo de cambio promedio del 4.0%, y a la ocupaci\u00f3n que presenta una variaci\u00f3n de 10 puntos base.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El c\u00e1lculo de ventas totales durante julio fue considera de propiedades comparables con el criterio de que \u00e9stos hayan formado parte del portafolio de Fibra Inn por lo menos la mitad del periodo; la ocupaci\u00f3n del mes, en 2017, fue de 64.1%, mientras que en 2016 fue de 65.1%, con una tarifa de 1,182.2 pesos y 1,139.3 pesos respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A la fecha Fibra Inn cuenta con un portafolio total de 43 propiedades, lo que representa 7,115 cuartos, de los cuales, 222 est\u00e1n en proyecto de construcci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de esto, participan con una inversi\u00f3n en dos propiedades en desarrollo bajo un modelo de F\u00e1brica de Hoteles, que incluyen 430
