{"id":57901,"date":"2017-08-10T07:15:28","date_gmt":"2017-08-10T12:15:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=57901"},"modified":"2017-08-10T09:34:01","modified_gmt":"2017-08-10T14:34:01","slug":"crece-financiamiento-de-la-banca-a-desarrolladores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/crece-financiamiento-de-la-banca-a-desarrolladores\/","title":{"rendered":"Crece financiamiento de la banca a desarrolladores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Al quinto mes del a\u00f1o, SHF registr\u00f3 un saldo de financiamiento por arriba de los 20 mdp <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre de mayo, el financiamiento de la banca comercial a desarrolladores de vivienda alcanz\u00f3 un saldo de 60,600 millones de pesos, lo que representa 11.1% de incremento en relaci\u00f3n a lo registrado en el mismo mes pero de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/conavi\" target=\"_blank\">Conavi <\/a>dados a conocer en el m\u00e1s reciente Reporte Mensual del Sector, la cifra antes citada representa 16.8% del financiamiento que la banca mantiene al sector de la construcci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el saldo de financiamiento de Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) alcanz\u00f3 los 20,200 millones de pesos, lo que se traduce en un alza de 25.5% en relaci\u00f3n al monto registrado en mayo de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>En el tema de originaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos puente, a mayo SHF acumul\u00f3 compromisos por 7,500 millones de pesos, apenas 0.8% por abajo del resultado en el mismo periodo de 2016. Cabe destacar que los recursos asignados permitir\u00e1n la construcci\u00f3n de 17.7 mil nuevas viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn el \u00faltimo mes el saldo de la cartera tuvo una contracci\u00f3n de 0.3 mmp; se estima que este comportamiento se repetir\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos meses en l\u00ednea con el ajuste en los niveles del inventario de vivienda en proceso de construcci\u00f3n y venta\u201d,
