{"id":56931,"date":"2017-07-24T10:43:39","date_gmt":"2017-07-24T15:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=56931"},"modified":"2017-07-24T16:51:52","modified_gmt":"2017-07-24T21:51:52","slug":"crece-5-1-utilidad-neta-de-vinte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/crece-5-1-utilidad-neta-de-vinte\/","title":{"rendered":"Crece 5.1% utilidad neta de Vinte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Entre abril y junio, los ingresos del segmento medio representaron m\u00e1s del 60% del total obtenido por la firma  <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante el 2T2017, la desarrolladora de vivienda <a href=\"http:\/\/vinte.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vinte <\/a>alcanz\u00f3 una utilidad neta del orden de los 79 millones de pesos, lo que representa un crecimiento de 5.1% en el periodo. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la firma, quien detall\u00f3 que entre abril y junio la empresa registr\u00f3 un EBITDA de 132 millones de pesos, que equivale a un punto porcentual de crecimiento, con un margen de 20.2 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>En el reporte enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmv.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\">BMV<\/a>), la firma destac\u00f3 que los ingresos consolidados del periodo ascendieron a 654 millones de pesos, con un incremento de 6.6% en el n\u00famero de viviendas escrituradas. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cVinte titul\u00f3 s\u00f3lo 55 viviendas bajo el esquema de subsidios, es decir 5.3% del total de viviendas escrituradas, lo cual contrasta con un 21.0% (206 viviendas) en 2T16. Lo anterior muestra la alta flexibilidad operativa del modelo de negocios de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda ante la reducci\u00f3n de subsidios para la vivienda por parte del gobierno federal\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Durante el periodo, el segmento medio es el que registr\u00f3 mayor dinamismo para la firma, al alcanzar ingresos por 367 millones de pesos, lo que representa 61.2% de los ingresos por venta de vivienda. En este sentido, le sigue el segmento de inter\u00e9s social, con 156 millones de pesos en ingresos, y por \u00faltimo el segmento residencial, con 77 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>Vinte expres\u00f3 su confianza de que en el 2S2017 mejorar\u00e1 el desempe\u00f1o de la empresa. Destac\u00f3 que para la segunda mitad del a\u00f1o iniciar\u00e1 con los proyectos Real Carrara y Real Vizcaya en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, Real Madeira en Hidalgo, y Real Amalfi y Real Catania en Quintana Roo, que pertenecen a los segmentos de inter\u00e9s medio-residencia. <\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que factores como la consolidaci\u00f3n del desarrollo Real Segovia en Puebla, el cual ha reportado un crecimiento promedio trimestral del 80% desde su reciente apertura en el 4T16, y la formalizaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos de Infonavit postergados por los clientes ante el incremento de
