alcanz\u00f3 un acumulado anual de 61,000 millones de pesos en financiamiento a desarrolladores de vivienda, lo que representa un incremento de 12.4 por ciento, cuatro veces m\u00e1s a lo observado en general de la cartera de cr\u00e9dito a la construcci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de vivienda (Conavi), quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la sanidad de la cartera de la banca comercial tambi\u00e9n ha mejorado, pues la cartera vencida disminuy\u00f3 a 9.6 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la participaci\u00f3n de Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF), al cierre de abril alcanz\u00f3 un total de 20,000 millones de pesos en cartera de cr\u00e9dito puente, 28.6% m\u00e1s a lo observado en el a\u00f1o anterior. <\/p>\n<p>Conavi explic\u00f3 que, durante los primeros cuatro meses de 2017, SHF coloc\u00f3 5,800 millones de pesos, inversi\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 el desarrollo de 14,800 viviendas. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cComo parte del financiamiento puente, en abril del presente a\u00f1o SHF inici\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito para \u2018Construcci\u00f3n Social\u2019, el cual est\u00e1 dirigido a desarrolladores de vivienda y Agencias Productoras de Vivienda que no hayan participado en proyectos habitacionales con valor mayor a 50 millones de pesos\u201d, apunt\u00f3. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SHF
