{"id":54133,"date":"2017-06-01T15:45:09","date_gmt":"2017-06-01T20:45:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=54133"},"modified":"2017-06-01T15:45:09","modified_gmt":"2017-06-01T20:45:09","slug":"grupo-presidente-crecimiento-restaurantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/grupo-presidente-crecimiento-restaurantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Grupo Presidente busca crecimiento en bares y restaurantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En 2016 se invirtieron 100,000,000 de pesos en formatos como Canalla Bistro, Alfredo di Roma Trattoria, Bistro Bastille, Caf\u00e9 Urbano y Le Cap Beach Club<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La empresa mexicana Grupo Presidente, contempla aumentar su divisi\u00f3n de bares y restaurantes 15% durante 2017, adem\u00e1s de que invertir\u00e1 en la apertura de dos nuevos establecimientos en Aguascalientes y Quer\u00e9taro, mientras que en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico remodelar\u00e1 formatos como Palm y Alfedo Di Roma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este segmento representa el 30% de los ingresos totales de la firma, que el a\u00f1o pasado alcanzaron 2,132 millones de pesos, que, para la divisi\u00f3n de Alimentos y Bebidas, represent\u00f3 un incremento del 16% respecto a 2015, a trav\u00e9s de la atenci\u00f3n de 1,800,000 de comensales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, la empresa invirti\u00f3 en el segmento hotelero 100,000,000 en conceptos como Canalla Bistro, Alfredo di Roma Trattoria, Bistro Bastille, Caf\u00e9 Urbano y Le Cap Beach Club, ubicados principalmente en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara, Canc\u00fan y Cozumel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda, con m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la industria, ofrece a sus comensales una amplia oferta gastron\u00f3mica en los establecimientos que se caracterizan por encontrarse al interior de los hoteles del Grupo, excepto los dos ubicados en el centro comercial Miyana en la zona del nuevo Polanco en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tiene presencia en las principales zonas tur\u00edsticas del pa\u00eds a trav\u00e9s de un portafolio de hoteles premium enfocados a segmentos de valor agregado. Dentro de los hoteles que opera, se encuentran bajo el formato de Hotel Presidente Intercontinental los ubicados en las ciudades de M\u00e9rida, Canc\u00fan, Guadalajara, Puebla y Cozumel, mientras que en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico administra los ubicados en Polanco y Santa Fe.
