{"id":53875,"date":"2017-05-26T14:37:48","date_gmt":"2017-05-26T19:37:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=53875"},"modified":"2017-05-26T14:38:53","modified_gmt":"2017-05-26T19:38:53","slug":"continuan-obras-zapotillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/continuan-obras-zapotillo\/","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faan con obras de El Zapotillo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Prana Capital aportar\u00e1 el capital complementario para el desarrollo de la obra mientras Abengoa continuar\u00e1 como responsable de la ingenier\u00eda y construcci\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A fin de continuar con la obra del acueducto El Zapotillo, en Guanajuato, la empresa Abengoa logr\u00f3 un acuerdo de inversi\u00f3n con Prana Capital, quien aportar\u00e1 el capital complementario para el desarrollo de la obra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abengoa continuar\u00e1 como responsable de la ingenier\u00eda y construcci\u00f3n del proyecto y seguir\u00e1 con el 20% de la propiedad; tambi\u00e9n se encargar\u00e1 del suministro, operaci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del acueducto durante 25 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El comunicado indica que \u00abEl acuerdo est\u00e1 sujeto a que las principales partes del proyecto -Conagua, Banobras, Sapal, Abengoa y Prana- lleguen a un entendimiento respecto a los hitos clave que deben lograrse para asegurar su ejecuci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto hab\u00eda registrado un avance de 4% en cinco a\u00f1os, y en julio de 2016 la empresa firm\u00f3 una modificaci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo de concesi\u00f3n y contrato de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios del proyecto junto al resto de entidades como Conagua, Fonadin, Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Agua de Guanajuato y Sapal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a, Abengoa se encuentra en un proceso de reestructuraci\u00f3n de sus negocios, tras ser rescatada por sus principales acreedores, mientras que, en M\u00e9xico, su filial entr\u00f3 en concurso mercantil a fines de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La obra de El Zapotillo contempla 139 kil\u00f3metros de tuber\u00edas, estaciones de bombeo, una planta de tratamiento de agua potable, un tanque de almacenamiento y un circuito de distribuci\u00f3n de 40 kil\u00f3metros en el municipio de Le\u00f3n, Guanajuato.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La infraestructura pretende garantizar el suministro de agua potable a m\u00e1s 1,500,000 de personas de Los Altos de Jalisco y Le\u00f3n, as\u00ed como reducir la explotaci\u00f3n de los acu\u00edferos de la cuenta Lerma-Chapala-Santiago. La reprogramaci\u00f3n del plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n prev\u00e9 su finalizaci\u00f3n en julio de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prana Capital
