Federalismo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con la finalidad de recuperar mayores espacios p\u00fablicos y rehabilitar el entorno urbano, se renovar\u00e1 el espacio p\u00fablico aleda\u00f1o a la L\u00ednea 3 del Tren Ligero, el proyecto contempla la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de las redes hidrosanitarias (del l\u00edmite de las propiedades al machuelo de la banqueta), la creaci\u00f3n de una ciclov\u00eda, m\u00e1s \u00e1reas verdes, cambio del alumbrado p\u00fablico, la canalizaci\u00f3n subterr\u00e1nea de instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas, telefon\u00eda e internet para generar un espacio visualmente limpio, adem\u00e1s de que se construir\u00e1n cruceros con accesibilidad universal, y se incluir\u00e1n gu\u00edas podot\u00e1ctiles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La primera fase de la intervenci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 de la Glorieta de la Normal hasta Av. Federalismo, donde no se contemplan realizar cierres viales, \u00fanicamente se har\u00e1n restricciones intermitentes en los carriles de la extrema derecha en ambos sentidos de circulaci\u00f3n, para efectuar maniobras de retiro y suministro de materiales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el proceso de construcci\u00f3n se tendr\u00e1 un \u00e1rea confinada para garantizar el paso peatonal, y los comercios y viviendas de la zona tendr\u00e1n acceso a sus inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta primera etapa abarca desde la Glorieta de la Normal hasta Av. Circunvalaci\u00f3n, contar\u00e1 con una inversi\u00f3n de 56,900,000 de pesos. Incluye intervenir toda la v\u00eda, desde su inicio en La Normal hasta su entronque con la calle Santa Martha, en Zapopan, sobre un total de 4.6
