habitacional<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ante un d\u00e9ficit de acumulado de vivienda en nuestro pa\u00eds de 10 millones de soluciones es necesario recuperar cerca de un mill\u00f3n de metros cuadrados intraurbanos con el objetivo de contribuir con las 600 mil viviendas nuevas que se requieren al a\u00f1o, esta necesidad fue destacada por Roberto Gait\u00e1n Spamer, presidente del comit\u00e9 ejecutivo del Consejo Estatal de Organismos Estatales de Vivienda, durante su XXV Reuni\u00f3n Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que las soluciones de vivienda deben estar alineadas y avaladas por el gobierno federal a trav\u00e9s de la pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano,\u00a0 en cuanto a la soluci\u00f3n para la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s vulnerable, se pronunci\u00f3 por generar consensos para reimpulsar los esquemas eficientes e innovar los que hagan falta.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Gait\u00e1n Spamer dio a conocer la alianza con el Consejo Nacional de Vivienda Verde Sustentable con la finalidad de pretender las tasas m\u00e1s baja del mercado con la suma del financiamiento y subsidios federales;\u00a0 as\u00ed mismo refrend\u00f3 su compromiso de
