organismo de vivienda, Penchyna <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A 45 a\u00f1os de distancia, el Infonavit ha materializado el sue\u00f1o de 9 millones 510,000 derechohabientes, quienes han consolidado su derecho de tener una vivienda, se\u00f1al\u00f3 David Penchyna Grub, director general de este organismo. <\/p>\n<p>Durante la celebraci\u00f3n del sorteo de la Loter\u00eda Nacional, con el que se conmemor\u00f3 el aniversario del Infonavit, Penchyna Grub destac\u00f3 que el Instituto es \u201cun s\u00edmbolo de patrimonio, una escritura, una vivienda, una subcuenta que contiene tambi\u00e9n los sue\u00f1os y anhelos de millones de familias en este pa\u00eds\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa visi\u00f3n de mexicanos valientes y determinados hizo que el Infonavit fuera uno de esos instrumentos que el Estado mexicano se atrev\u00eda a imaginar, en donde tres partes distintas administraran lo mismo en la consecuci\u00f3n de un objetivo com\u00fan, para hacer realidad un derecho fundamental de las y los mexicanos\u201d, dijo. <\/p>\n<p>Penchyna subray\u00f3 que el Infonavit a la fecha acompa\u00f1a 7 de cada 10 hipotecas que se entregan en M\u00e9xico; adem\u00e1s que durante esta administraci\u00f3n se ha logrado entregar 1 de cada 4 cr\u00e9ditos otorgados en 45 a\u00f1os de historia. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon las pol\u00edticas de vivienda instrumentadas, podemos terminar esta administraci\u00f3n siendo la administraci\u00f3n que pueda entregar 1 de cada 3 cr\u00e9ditos a lo largo de la historia de nuestra Instituci\u00f3n\u201d, apunt\u00f3.
