{"id":53513,"date":"2017-05-18T15:42:57","date_gmt":"2017-05-18T20:42:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=53513"},"modified":"2017-05-18T15:42:57","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T20:42:57","slug":"53513-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/53513-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Reconocen a Ruba por su innovaci\u00f3n, diversidad y estrategia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La compa\u00f1\u00eda obtuvo el lugar 15\u00ba. en el premio nacional S\u00faper Empresas Expansi\u00f3n-The Top Companies<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora chihuahuense Ruba ha obtendio el 15\u00ba. en el premio nacional S\u00faper Empresas Expansi\u00f3n-The Top Companies, coloc\u00e1ndose nuevamente como la \u00fanica del sector de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta distinci\u00f3n, Ruba se coloca en este 2017 entre las mejores 75 empresas del pa\u00eds con m\u00e1s de 500 trabajadores pero menos de 3,000, de acuerdo con la categor\u00eda en la que particip\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que  este a\u00f1o el listado de S\u00faper Empresas Expansi\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 165 compa\u00f1\u00edas que fueron divididas en 3 categor\u00edas seg\u00fan el n\u00famero de colaboradores: las de hasta 500 empleados, las de entre 501 y 3,000 empleados, as\u00ed como las de m\u00e1s de 3,000. <\/p>\n<p>Con 906 colaboradores registrados en sus 17 plazas de 12 estados, la desarrolladora de vivienda compiti\u00f3 en el certamen laboral en la categor\u00eda con m\u00e1s de 500 pero menos de 3,000.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con The Top Companies, calificadora auditada por  la global y prestigiada Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), las claves para ostentar la denominaci\u00f3n son la innovaci\u00f3n, diversidad, estrategias para operar, atraer y retener el recurso humano.<\/p>\n<p>Este ranking destaca a las empresas con mejores prestaciones para sus trabajadores, como complemento a la responsabilidad de los gobiernos al ofrecer buena cobertura social, m\u00e9dica, capacitaci\u00f3n y seguridad. Entre otros beneficios para las empresas que participan en esta evaluaci\u00f3n destacan la afinaci\u00f3n de diversos factores de cultura y clima organizacionales y responsabilidad social.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que Grupo Expansi\u00f3n emplea una metodolog\u00eda de medici\u00f3n objetiva en la que contrata los servicios de la agencia Top Companies, y  consiste en encuestas internas confidenciales en 3 niveles en cada empresa. Parte de la metodolog\u00eda consiste en que los empleados aportan en encuestas el 80% de la evaluaci\u00f3n final, en tanto el 20% los documentos y programas que las empresas aplican en cuanto a pol\u00edticas laborales.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, las estrategias para operar, atraer y retener a su recurso humano, la diversidad en la contrataci\u00f3n de sus colaboradores, la motivaci\u00f3n
