{"id":52717,"date":"2017-05-03T15:18:39","date_gmt":"2017-05-03T20:18:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=52717"},"modified":"2017-05-03T15:18:39","modified_gmt":"2017-05-03T20:18:39","slug":"avanza-sare-14-2-ingresos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/avanza-sare-14-2-ingresos\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanza SARE 14.2% en ingresos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Gener\u00f3 EBITDA positivo durante el 1T17<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora SARE alcanz\u00f3 un crecimiento de 14.2% de ingresos totales en comparaci\u00f3n del primer trimestre del a\u00f1o pasado y se pronostica que esto se debe gracias a una mayor participaci\u00f3n de vivienda media residencial, que contribuye con el 17% de los ingresos totales y compensa la ralentizaci\u00f3n de las ventas del segmento de vivienda de inter\u00e9s social.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, deriva de un efecto estacional por la alineaci\u00f3n de subsidios, y a pesar de eso, 194 viviendas fueron escrituradas en el trimestre, lo cual contribuye al crecimiento UDM en unidades escrituradas al primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o; los ingresos UDM han aumentado 40%.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el EBITDA UDM fue de 3,000,000 de pesos al primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, luego de registrar una generaci\u00f3n negativa de 16,000,000 UDM en el mismo trimestre del 2016 y en cuanto a su posici\u00f3n financiera, SARE disminuy\u00f3 su deuda con un costo por 122,000,000 de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el director general de SARE, V\u00edctor Eduardo P\u00e9rez Orozco, coment\u00f3 que en \u00abel primer trimestre de 2017 estuvo marcado por un s\u00f3lido avance en el fortalecimiento operativo de la empresa, a\u00fan a pesar de un retador entorno donde se presentaron algunos efectos estacionales, principalmente, en el segmento de inter\u00e9s social. Respecto a nuestra posici\u00f3n financiera, durante el primer trimestre del 2017, finalizamos la reestructura de nuestra deuda con costo, ampliando as\u00ed la flexibilidad financiera de la
