Fibra HD incremento de 11.8% en ingresos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Durante los primeros 3 meses del a\u00f1o, el fideicomiso alcanz\u00f3 un alza de 9.8% en el Ingreso Neto Operativo<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del 1T2017, Fibra HD report\u00f3 ingresos totales por el orden de los 64.2 millones de pesos, cifra que equivale a un incremento en el rubro del 11.8%, esto en comparaci\u00f3n con lo alcanzado en el 4T2016.<\/p>\n<p>Al dar a conocer los resultados del periodo, Fibra HD detall\u00f3 que los gastos operativo ascendieron a 19.1 millones de pesos, lo que representa un incremento de 17% en relaci\u00f3n a los meses de octubre, noviembre y diciembre de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n, el Fideicomiso explic\u00f3 que el Ingreso Neto Operativo (INO) registr\u00f3 un incremento de 9.8%; adem\u00e1s que el EBIT se posicion\u00f3 en 45.6 millones de pesos.<br \/>\nEn cuanto al flujo por operaciones, Fibra HD alcanz\u00f3 45 millones de pesos, un aumento de 2.5% en comparaci\u00f3n del 4T2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl FFO por CBFI en circulaci\u00f3n del primer trimestre ascendi\u00f3 a \u00a217.34 centavos, que representa un aumento del 2.5% vs con los \u00a216.91 centavos del cuarto trimestre del 2016 y un aumento del 1.1% vs con los \u00a217.14 centavos del primer trimestre de 2016\u201d, detall\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Fibra HD asegur\u00f3 que tras concluir el 1T2017, el fideicomiso \u201ccontin\u00faa avanzando y ejecutando el Plan de Negocios consistente en la conformaci\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo de inversi\u00f3n con propiedades de calidad, inquilinos s\u00f3lidos, con capacidad de capturar econom\u00edas de escala, y que genere rendimientos atractivos, crecientes y frecuentes a nuestros inversionistas\u201d.
