En este sentido, consider\u00f3 que las tecnolog\u00edas abren un canal para que los desarrolladores interact\u00faen con los clientes y conocer sus necesidades y deseos. <\/p>\n<p>Desde Propiedades.com, asegur\u00f3 Medrano, \u201cnuestro enfoque son los datos, generar un mercado m\u00e1s l\u00edquido y transparente donde est\u00e9n los agentes inmobiliarios y se pongan en contacto con clientes\u201d.<br \/>\nNorma de Vivienda para trabajadores CDMX<\/p>\n<p>Durante el programa de Centro Urbano Radio, Horacio Urbano, platic\u00f3 v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica con Felipe Guti\u00e9rrez, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y vivienda de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico sobre la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Norma de Vivienda para Trabajadores. <\/p>\n<p>En la charla, el funcionario subray\u00f3 que la intenci\u00f3n de esta disposici\u00f3n es desarrollar 40,000 viviendas para 2018, con lo que se atienda la demanda de vivienda y dejar de expulsar a los habitantes a la periferia. <\/p>\n<p>El secretario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la premisa para construir casas a partir de la norma es desarrollar los hogares cerca de los sistemas estructurados de transporte;
