abril, los precios de la vivienda en Londres han registrado 1,5% de reducci\u00f3n anual, la peor ca\u00edda en los \u00faltimos 8 a\u00f1os, report\u00f3 la firma Rightmove. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el portal especializado, en lo que va de este cuarto mes del a\u00f1o el precio promedio de venta se posicion\u00f3 en 636.777 libras, una reducci\u00f3n de 2% en relaci\u00f3n al mes de marzo. <\/p>\n<p>Rightmove detall\u00f3 que las viviendas de mayor costo son las que han resultado m\u00e1s afectadas en cuanto a disminuci\u00f3n en su valor, esto al registrar una ca\u00edda anual de 4,2% en las \u00e1reas interiores de la ciudad. <\/p>\n<p>El portal a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o el mercado inmobiliario en Londres ha tenido un desempe\u00f1o inferior al del resto de las ciudades de Inglaterra, debido principalmente a una valoraci\u00f3n alta de los inmuebles, el refer\u00e9ndum del Brexit y el incremento de impuestos a los inversionistas.
