{"id":51812,"date":"2017-04-10T08:00:56","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T13:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=51812"},"modified":"2017-04-10T09:08:02","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T14:08:02","slug":"construccion-residencial-registro-crecimiento-de-4-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/construccion-residencial-registro-crecimiento-de-4-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n residencial registr\u00f3 crecimiento de 4.4%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A febrero, el sector se manuvo como uno de los principales generadores de empleo en el pa\u00eds<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el Indicador de Inversi\u00f3n Fija Bruta, en M\u00e9xico, durante 2016, el crecimiento promedio de la construcci\u00f3n residencial se ubic\u00f3 en 4.4% anual, con lo que se posicion\u00f3 por arriba del sector de la construcci\u00f3n y la econom\u00eda en su conjunto. <\/p>\n<p>En el reporte mensual del sector correspondiente a marzo, la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi) detall\u00f3 que el comportamiento del sector vivienda en el entorno macroecon\u00f3mico mexicano registr\u00f3 un desempe\u00f1o destacado durante 2016. De manera particular, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n residencial impuls\u00f3 a la construcci\u00f3n en general durante el 4T2016. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Indicador Global de Actividad Econ\u00f3mica (IGAE) en la Construcci\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 un crecimiento de 3.0% en comparaci\u00f3n al cuarto trimestre de 2015, mientras que la econom\u00eda en su conjunto report\u00f3 un crecimiento del 2.4 por ciento\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Conavi. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los datos proporcionados por el organismo, el sector de la vivienda se mantiene como una de las industrias que m\u00e1s generan empleo en el pa\u00eds. Explic\u00f3 que a febrero de 2017, el empleo en la construcci\u00f3n report\u00f3 un aumento de 43.8 mil puestos de trabajo, esto en comparaci\u00f3n al mismo mes de 2016, cifra equivalente a un
